Since the beginning of our activity, we have been investing
in our machine park to make sure it is modern and of best quality.


To guarantee our clients the highest quality of services,
we constantly invest in development of our machine park.
As a result, we can adapt the offer to the current
market requirements and meet the needs
and expectations of our clients.
Constant investment in our machine park increases our production capacity. At the core of our park, there are computer numerical control machines and some conventional ones.
Laser cutting guarantees high quality of the cutting edge of the material. This technology provides a final product that does not require further finishing.​
3D laser machining is characterized by very high accuracy and high speed. Due to 3D technology, the production process is innovative and very precise.
For bending, we use four modern CNC press breaks and rotary bending machines. It is possible to perform very complex metalwork in stainless steel, construction steel, and non-ferrous metals.

Deburring is the process of removing sharp material residues, so-called “burrs”, remaining on the edges of the element after mechanical processing. The surface grinding and polishing technology were implemented to guarantee smooth surfaces.

Parameters of automated surface grinding and polishing technology:

  • Working range – Y axis 1300 mm
  • Max. material thickness stainless steel 150 mm (profiles and sheets)
We machine the details by turning and milling using high performed and very precise DMG MORI machines.


For our customers, we offer metal element varnishing by electrostatic or triboelectric spraying of thermosetting powder coatings.
Utilizing advanced technology, we are able powdering long elements. We specialize in powder coating of structural elements made of black,
stainless steel and aluminum. We powder coat profiles up to a length of 3 m, ensuring the professional preparation
of the surface before painting by sandblasting or glass beads in chamber.
